November 2020

Finished mixing the final track for forthcoming album 'noisesoundmusic' today. It will be released on digital platforms in about 2 weeks under the name Tribe of One. It's a collection of pieces which integrate field recordings with violin and a few other instruments plus some found sound samples. Contact me if you want a hard copy, I'll make a bespoke mix for you.

Breaking News...going to play a live unplugged set Sunday 25th October 16.30 UK time on Facebook live, turn up at my page and I'll play some tunes

Playing solo violin by candlelight with no effects or loops was magical last week. New tracks getting released roughly weekly on Bandcamp, here's an example 'The Hills Are Alive'

First ever solo show by Ian aka Tribe of One live streamed on Facebook

The show went on for over an hour and had more than a hundred online viewers

 

May 2020 Lockdown is here - barrier or opportunity? Or both?

Ian has recorded and released a solo album as 'Tribe of One' called Flections. Its out on Bandcamp and available on Spotify, Deezer, Youtube Music and iTunes. The intention is to rehearse it to a point of doing a live online performance, watch this space
